My sister, Charis' quirks

Okay so as I promised here is my post on my sister's quirks. Voila! a list of some of the strange things she does:

-She makes random noises sometimes (such as grunts, hums...etc.)
-She will randomly break out into dance while listening to music (NOT good dancing)
-She has a very strange sense of style, sometimes she looks normal (i.e. jeans and a t-shirt) sometimes she'll look really pretty, she'll have her hair down and she'll wear a really pretty shirt and cardigan or something like that and sometimes she'll wear my dad's shirt and hoodie and her jeans, then she'll have her hair in a messy bun
-She goes through phases with singers and bands
-There are these little ribbon bracelets she makes for some people that she's extremely close to and says they're her lifeline and that they are not permitted to remove them
-She's always trying to embarass me such as the other day (well really a couple months ago) she walked me home and she suddenly screamed something embarassing but I shouldn't really say for fear of sounding gross and getting introuble (It's NOT a swear word!!)
-One of her weirdest quirks is the fact that when she's extremely hungry she goes through a bunch of these phases but there are too many to count so just to name a few there are: Sleepy, Happy, Angry, She says random words, and Laughy
-Sometimes she'll play violent video games such as Halo 3 and Call Of Duty or she'll play Mario and plants versus zombies
-Occasionally when she washes dishes she'll talk to them and say weird things
-She has a strange incomprehensible language called smin smin

Although as strange and weird as she must sound she really isn't that weird. I know it must be hard to believe but she is mostly a normal girl. She was born here (I'm not aloud to say on when or where). She used to go to my school and now she goes to high school like every other kid her age, she's sporty and extremely artistic. She loves to draw and write like the majority of kids so basically she's normal.

So I hope you're satisfied with my post, and you got a satisfactory laugh out of it. I guess that's it enjoy the remainder of your day and....uhh... that's it :{)

Looks/Self Consciousness

    Okay so you probably know (or not) Pencils won my poll so they were my first blog. Then looks/self consciousness tied for second with Why we're here my philosiphy rant so, for no apparent reason I decided to do looks/self consciousness next and ta da!! here it is:
P.S. Thanks for staying reading. Ha Ha I'm too funny for my own good!!

      Girls who obsess over their looks really bother me. They're always obsessing over themselves picking and prodding, spending forever picking out their clothes and doing their hair and it really bothers me!! Like you know that feeling when something just bugs you and gets under your skin? Well that's how I feel about people who think that their looks are super important. I mean the way I think about, and this is a little strange but if you think about it Infinity never ends right? Well that makes you a teeny tiny speck in this never ending universe. So just think, just for a second that if you're so teeny tiny it shouldn't matter what you look like. I mean don't get me wrong you should have good personal hygiene and shouldn't be endangering the health of others with you're uncleanliness. Yet still there's no reason for you to hide you're inner self with stuff like make up and clothes you don't even like but you're wearing so that you're not the only one not wearing those clothes.

        I myself wear stuff that I like because I don't care about what other people think of me. Actually that was a lie I do but not alot, I mean mostly I care about being unique. Yet who doesn't care what other people think? No matter how hard you try (and believe me I've tried) you still can't make it so that you don't care what other people think about you. Be honest with yourself's too because if you're saying to yourself I don't care what people think of me you're lying. I mean if you've ever in you're entire life looked at an outfit that was really ugly and said "Wow, that's really ugly" then you care because if you didn't care you wouldn't have thought or said that it was ugly. I guess it's possible but HIGHLY unlikely because if you didn't care you probably would have looked at yourself and walked out the door. Metaphorically speaking of course, because you might have been in the hallway and turned to grab your jacket or something.

         I asked around a little for other people's opinion on the matter and one person said they don't care what other people think but they care what they themselves think of themselves. I guess that makes sense I mean if you did happen to say "Wow, that's really ugly" then it might be because you yourself don't like it and it's not because you think that other people will find it ugly but because you don't like it yourself.


      Well that's all the rant I have left in me at the moment, thanks for reading and please don't hate me if you're one of those girls that obsesses over themselves. Stay reading,

Pencils (Revue) First Post

You may or may not know this but I posted a poll that you could vote on and I don't know why but pencils (revue) won. So I guess I'll be revuing pencils. Here goes nothing:

So this is my revue on pencils I'll start with my list of best to worst pencils and what they are better and worse at:

#1. My favorites are Paper:Mate Earth Write pencils. They're recycled and black but they work really well. They're circular instead of having ridges and stuff so they're comfy and smooth. BONUS!! The eraser works pretty well. Here's a picture of them.

#2. My second favorite pencils are mechanical. They're called Paper:Mate biodegradable pencils.

They also make pens like that are just like them. These pencils are really comfy because they have grippers built on to them and no they're not super comfy but comfy enough. They don't squeak like most mechanical pencils and come with a refill tube with extra erasers and lead. The best part is you can give back to your environment and bury them in the garden. The only bad part is the clip breaks easily and the inside and the gripper don't degrade. BONUS!! They're really smooth and don't bug your hand with ridges. This is what they looks like:

Now here's a pencil accesorie that I like:

        I like Staples brand comfort grips 5 pack because they're really squishy and comfy to write with and if you have the pencils with ridges they're reallly good for those because they prevent them from hurting your hand. They're made of a foam like material and what I like to do with them is I put as many as posible on my pencil at the same time and then as my pencil gets smaller from sharpening I take them off. BONUS!!! They come in five different colours: Yellow, Orange, Blue normally dark (unlike the picture), Turquoise and Purple. Here's a picture of them found here: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=3%2C155%2C161,162&webid=34431&affixedcode=WW
